Job Description \-As Laboratory Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising chemical/physical laboratory teams, as well as performing operational procedures in accordance with applicable standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Coordinate and supervise laboratory teams regarding analysis priorities, methodology selection, sample preparation, and result reporting to clients. * Train and supervise technicians and laboratory analysts on the use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). * Monitor the review of operational procedures; * Develop and review calculation formulas for results within the LIMS. * Manage laboratory inventory levels of consumables, reagents, and spare parts. * Analyze equipment control charts and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment, including validation of maintenance records. * Supervise the team through timekeeping management, feedback meetings, promotion/salary movement analysis, and other management activities. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Integrity policies and procedures. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry * Professional registration with CREA or CRQ. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
