Identify and correct operational failures Responsibilities and Duties: * Operate and monitor utility systems (boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, generators, water treatment plants [ETA], and wastewater treatment plants [ETE]), monitoring operational parameters via instruments and SCADA; * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, filter replacement, and minor mechanical and hydraulic repairs; * Identify and correct operational failures to reduce unplanned downtime; * Conduct physicochemical analyses of water and dose chemical products for corrosion and scale control; * Record activities and maintenance in CMMS and support inventory and spare parts management; Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related fields; * NR-13 certification mandatory; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications desirable; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs; * Preferred: Experience with SCADA; * Knowledge of energy efficiency, frequency inverters, and predictive maintenance; * Experience with SAP PM, Engeman, or similar systems; Additional Information: Benefits * On-site meals; * Meal card; * Chartered transportation; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
