OPEN POSITION – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR ?? Angelândia/MG We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate mechanical workshop and maintenance team activities, ensuring execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, vehicles, and agricultural implements on Primavera, Matilde, and Rivier farms. Responsibilities: Supervise the maintenance team (approx. 20 employees), manage spare parts inventory, request replenishments, assess asset conditions, and ensure equipment availability per the agricultural operational plan. Requirements: Proven experience managing maintenance teams, basic computer skills, driver's license category B, and willingness to reside in Angelândia/MG. Preferred Qualifications: Technical education in Mechanics or related fields; field maintenance experience (farms, mills); team leadership experience; knowledge of maintenance management systems. Requirements Mandatory Prerequisites Proven experience managing people and maintenance teams; Basic computer knowledge; Willingness to reside in Angelândia/MG; Driver's license category B. Preferred Qualifications Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; Field maintenance experience (farms, mills) or in companies with large machinery fleets; Experience leading teams and developing personnel; Knowledge of maintenance management systems (work orders, maintenance plans, equipment history); Understanding of cost control and maintenance performance indicators. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
