Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Managing an initial team of 16–18 people, guiding and setting direction for the Asset Coordinator and their respective team, with emphasis on team development and engagement. * Designing and structuring processes, actively working in the Gemba—the distribution center floor—to develop, document, and organize processes still under construction or unmapped in the Sortation Center’s operations, identifying opportunities to maximize speed, excellence, and safety. * Leading root cause analyses and implementing action plans to mitigate losses and damages, with the primary challenge being to reduce loading damages—especially for the Northeast region. * Possessing systemic thinking and effective communication techniques to serve as a strategic support focal point, influencing decision-making and driving meaningful change through interaction with stakeholders * across diverse areas and hierarchical levels. * Being present daily with the team, accompanying them during their respective work shifts, conducting Gemba walks and engaging with shift leaders—including Intermediate (T2) and Night (T3) shifts—at least once per week to monitor the team under your leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed and availability to work onsite in Franco da Rocha – São Paulo/SP. * Proven experience in people management, with seniority and career maturity, strong negotiation and prioritization skills, and a sharp sense of urgency. * Prior experience in projects involving launch and implementation of new operations is a plus. * Practical and solid knowledge of process structuring and continuous improvement, with experience in areas such as Quality, Logistics, Production, or Retail. * Systemic vision and refined logical reasoning, capable of identifying opportunities and proposing improvements, making decisions based on data and KPIs.
