Team collaboration and maintaining an organized workspace. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Assist in preparing savory snacks following the pastry chef's recipes and instructions, ensuring quality and production efficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES** * Assist in preparing dough and fillings for pastries and savory snacks according to established recipes. * Assemble and shape products, ensuring appropriate presentation and compliance with established standards. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. * Conduct quality checks on ingredients and products during the production process. * Assist in frying or baking savory snacks, monitoring required times and temperatures. * Organize and prepare necessary ingredients and supplies for production, ensuring workflow efficiency. * Collaborate with the pastry chef and other team members to foster a collaborative work environment. * Participate in cleaning and maintenance of equipment used in savory snack production. **Experience:** Prior experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or industrial kitchens (preferred). **Education/Training:** Completed high school education (preferred). **Specific Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of savory snack preparation techniques and food handling.
