Quality Supervisor (PCD)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Supervisor to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction by leading the quality team and implementing continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the quality team and implement continuous improvement methodologies. 2. Focus on technology development and innovative projects. 3. Interact with various departments to enhance service quality. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Quality Supervision at Provider Soluções Tecnológicas. This position is critical to ensuring all processes deliver the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Supervise the quality cell, composed of quality monitors, instructors, customer service support staff, and content specialists; develop training/capacity-building plans and retraining programs for customer service representatives. Close coordination with branch supervisors and regional coordinators is required to provide inputs for improving service quality. Responsible for implementing continuous improvement methodologies, quality management, and process management, coordinating human and technological resources related to service quality. Emphasis on technology development and innovative projects to strengthen quality control and improve customer service. Also responsible for coordinating and ensuring all necessary inputs for audits, judicial hearings, and handling complaints from various channels, such as ombudsman offices, Procon, and ANEEL. PREREQUISITES\-EDUCATION: Completed undergraduate degree. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of knowledge in processes and practices within quality-focused areas. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, Continuous Improvement, Quality Tools, Management, Innovation COMPETENCIES: commitment, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, dynamism, assertiveness, strong oral and written communication, resilience, proactivity, project management, and indicator analysis Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education: *Business Administration, Undergraduate Degree Willingness to travel
