Job Summary: This internship offers hands-on learning in technical-administrative support to After-Sales teams for heavy machinery operations, with direct exposure to customers and manufacturers. Direct exposure to customers and manufacturers such as John Deere The intern will provide technical\-administrative support to Parts and Services teams, assisting consultants, technicians, and management in daily After-Sales activities. This is a hands-on learning position within a heavy machinery operation, offering direct exposure to customers, manufacturers (John Deere and Wirtgen Group), and the headquarters of Inova Group. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support tracking of Service Orders (SO) and preventive/corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and periodicity; * Assist in warranty processes and submission of technical documentation; * Prepare quotations, follow\-up on parts orders, and ensure prompt customer service; * Consolidate managerial reports on billing, productivity, and inventory turnover. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Production, or related fields), from the 3rd semester onward; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
