The **Operations Assistant** must ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of all volumes in operations—from receipt through dispatch and exception handling—ensuring compliance with DeLuna’s processes, fulfillment of customers’ SLAs, and safety of personnel and cargo. **Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: In logistics verification, last-mile delivery, HUB/DSP stations, or warehouses. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of inventory, picking, storage, and verification. * Understanding of goods inbound and outbound control. * Operation of simple equipment (manual pallet jack) and willingness to learn motorized equipment (forklift, electric pallet truck). * Familiarity with inventory routines and cycle counting. * Attention to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Reading and operation of RF scanners and TMS/WMS systems. * Labels, barcodes/QR codes; freight manifests and transport documents. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and ergonomics. * Digital skills: Basic navigation in systems, email, and spreadsheets (basic Excel/Google Sheets). **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Sense of urgency and operational discipline. * Organization and teamwork. * Objective and assertive communication with operations staff and drivers. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume last-mile/e-commerce operations. * Knowledge of RFID and sampling-based audits. * Understanding of CT-e, digital delivery receipts, and return procedures. * Experience handling special cargo (white/brown goods), and, where applicable, cold chain logistics. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). * Prior experience in Distribution Centers or e-commerce operations. * Proficiency in logistics systems, WMS, spreadsheets, and control platforms. * Ensuring correct addressing, labeling, and compliance of sacks/containers. * Identifying special volumes (fragile, heavy, temperature-controlled, high-value). **Responsibilities** * Assisting in vehicle loading and unloading. * Receiving and verifying goods against orders and fiscal documents. * Operating manual and electric pallet jacks. * Storing and organizing products following safety standards. * Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch. * Conducting periodic inventories for stock control. * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Collaborating to optimize logistics processes. * Assisting in resolving operational contingencies. * Recording and reporting activities and incidents to the supervisor. * Verifying vehicle checklists and dispatch documentation (freight manifests, transport manifests). * Performing 100% scanning during loading (scan-out) to ensure traceability. * Monitoring sealing and release within scheduled time windows (departure SLA). * Handling discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages, illegible labels) with documentation and photographic evidence. * Processing returns and redeliveries according to reverse logistics flow. * Executing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and report closure.
