Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for storing, loading, and unloading goods, operating various equipment, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of various cargo handling equipment 2. Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness 3. Implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies 1\. Store or retrieve pallets at designated locations; 2\. Load and unload goods using specified equipment; 3\. Operate equipment including: scissor lift platforms, overhead cranes, electric hoists, electric pallet jacks, short electric pallet trucks, long electric pallet trucks, electric forklifts, electric reach forklifts, internal combustion forklifts, electric pantograph forklifts, and electric tri\-lateral forklifts — provided the operator has completed specific training for each type of equipment to be used; 4\. Record product storage and retrieval in the WMS system via data collector; 5\. Record equipment condition on the checklist before commencing operations; assist in stock inventory activities; 6\. Perform material location assignment and/or transfer; 7\. Assist with General Helper, Pallet Truck Operator, and Order Picker duties as required; 8\. Maintain equipment in good overall condition; 9\. Clean the assigned equipment; 10\. Keep the work area organized according to established standards (5S); 11\. Clean and maintain organization of the workplace; 12\. Replace batteries in material handling equipment; 13\. Comply with customer and JSL quality standards and procedures; 14\. Know and implement Safety, Health, and Environmental Policies; 15\. Dispose of waste in accordance with the selective collection program.
