**Medical Hope** is a rapidly growing distributor in the OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Specialized Materials) segment. Our mission is to ensure hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals have access to high-quality products with safety, speed, and efficiency.
We are looking for a professional to serve as an **OPME Materials Flow Analyst**, with an organized, proactive, analytical profile and a strong sense of responsibility. **Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and ensure execution of shipping routines, guaranteeing correct picking, verification, release, and traceability of materials according to operational demands, clinical priorities, and established deadlines.
* Participate in planning and monitoring deliveries, contributing to defining logistical priorities, optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
* Control and analyze inventory through management systems, ensuring data accuracy, record integrity, batch traceability, and reliability of physical and system balances.
* Conduct and monitor periodic and rotating inventories, identifying discrepancies, proposing corrective action plans, and tracking accuracy indicators.
* Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, expiration dates, batches, and storage locations, supporting procurement decisions and mitigation of operational risks.
* Prepare, analyze, and present managerial reports on movement, shipping, productivity, discrepancies, and logistics KPIs, supporting leadership decision-making.
* Serve as a technical reference for administrative and operational routines within the department, supporting internal flow organization and interfacing with related areas.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehousing, shipping, and distribution processes, contributing to increased efficiency, standardization, and operational control.
* Support leadership in monitoring departmental activities, providing analytical insight, demand prioritization, and operational team guidance.
**Requirements**
* Solid experience in inventory control and management, preferably in a hospital environment or operations involving highly controlled materials.
* Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, traceability, and operational controls.
* Familiarity with regulations applicable to storage and handling of materials in hospital environments.
* Analytical, organized, and KPI-oriented profile.
* Self-management capability, sense of priority, and autonomy in executing routines.
* Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal departments, clinical staff, suppliers, and logistics partners.
* Problem-solving attitude, professional maturity, and results focus.
* Knowledge of spinal column and OPME hospital materials is essential.
