The Group employs over 19,000 direct employees across more than 4,000 stores in 1,780 Brazilian cities.* **Join us in creating beauty!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Focal Point and Support: serve as the technology focal point within Logistics Centers and Factories, delivering Level 2 support and attending to operational and administrative areas. * Diagnosis and Resolution: diagnose, analyze root causes, and resolve microcomputer, network, and infrastructure incidents, ensuring high operational availability. * Technology Fleet Management: administer, install, configure, and maintain the IT fleet, including computers (desktops, notebooks), data collectors (Android), printers (laser and thermal), barcode scanners, precision scales, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). * Infrastructure Administration: support and administer application servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization environments, operating hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on\-premises). * Monitoring: actively monitor the production environment, implementing dashboards and taking preventive actions to ensure service performance and security. * Asset and Inventory Management: manage equipment and IT asset inventories at Distribution Centers and Factories, controlling inventory, delivery logistics, and procurement of production line supplies. * Vendor Management: manage partner vendor support services and act as the technical intermediary in interactions with industrial automation vendors. * Projects and Continuous Improvement: participate in and serve as the focal point for technology projects (e.g., implementation of LAN, WAN, WLAN networks), suggesting improvements and implementing new processes. * Documentation and Training: create, enhance, and maintain technical documentation and IT procedures; guide and deliver training to end users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows (7, 8, 10, 11\), macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), Android, and iOS environments. Hardware: * Experience in formatting, configuring, and diagnosing notebooks and desktops. * Knowledge of basic maintenance of logistics peripherals (thermal printers, data collectors, barcode scanners, UPS). * Technical knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi), structured cabling, IP addressing, and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). * Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Active Directory (AD), and GPOs. * Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python or similar). * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti). * Resilient and proactive profile, capable of working under pressure, prioritizing critical tasks, and demonstrating clear experience in crisis resolution.
