All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct the team by guiding and training according to standard operating procedures; * Participate in developing new procedures by analyzing area incidents and aligning procedures with managers from other collection areas; * Manage expense budgets by monitoring variances and creating Action Plans to correct distortions and/or anomalies; * Serve as the "guardian" of safety practices and accident prevention within your team, ensuring all comply with regulations and use appropriate PPE; * Monitor departmental demand to ensure staffing levels match monthly requirements (e.g., vacations, leaves of absence, resignations, etc.); * Be the "owner" of the logistics process at the DC, enforcing regulations and procedures, managing DC productivity, and proposing and implementing purposeful actions to guarantee timely product dispatches and ensure excellence in customer service; * Propose and drive changes aimed at improving operational and DC management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in people management, policies, and processes; * Solid experience in logistics operations. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Schedule**: 8:00 PM to 5:11 AM **Location**: Serra/ES We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry — a client-focused solution centered on patients and consumers — comprising major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
