Job Summary: A professional responsible for expediting and ensuring the quality of customer and supplier registration, guaranteeing information accuracy and facilitating information flow across company departments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in customer and supplier registration. 2. Collaborates with various departments including sales, marketing, and tax. 3. Ensures data compliance and optimizes internal processes. Expedite and ensure quality in the customer and supplier registration process, ensuring all registered information is accurate and facilitating information flow among registration, sales, marketing, tax, logistics, and after-sales departments. l Contact leads who expressed interest in registering with Bluevix—whether via the website form, performance campaigns, or WhatsApp—to complete registration data and conduct research defined jointly by marketing and sales. l Also contact registered customers upon request from sales representatives to collect information required for full registration. For example, if a customer is placing an order at the time of registration, the deadline for completing the full registration is extended to avoid impacting the order. l Validate documents (e.g., corporate bylaws, active CNPJ, and State Tax ID) and confirm authenticity using tools such as Receita Federal and Sintegra. l Enter data into Sankhya and, when necessary, into the future CRM, correctly categorizing customers by type (retail physical store, retail e-commerce, integrator or industrial, distributor, technical support, public tender), including correct contact details (RMA, sales, technical, tax contacts, etc.), as well as other relevant information such as company establishment date, social media profiles, websites, etc. l Send approval confirmation of registration, including Bluevix policies, company contacts, and commercial catalog. l Update existing registrations with new information. l Register suppliers, end consumers, and others who are not customers, clearly distinguishing them in the system. l Review the registered database to identify which companies remain active and clean the database, under guidance from the finance manager and sales managers. l Generate on-demand customer registration reports for marketing and sales. l Request necessary documents from customers for credit analysis. l Present monthly registration activity report. l Work with IT to implement system improvements aimed at enhancing data quality and optimizing processes. l Periodically review registrations to identify inconsistencies or outdated information. **Performance Indicators** l Average Lead Registration Time — Time from lead request to approval — Target: 98% l LGPD Compliance — Percentage of registrations with consent and protected data — Target: 100%
