Job Summary: Professional responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of FTTH and FTTA networks, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Perform FTTH and FTTA network installations and repairs for customers. 2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications services. 3. Serve customers courteously, clarifying doubts and providing guidance on services. Description: * Completed high school; * Valid Category B driver's license; * NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for flexible working hours / travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. To join our team, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technology for residential customers; * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, such as slow speed, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assess access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocate equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Change equipment location upon customer request; * Perform upgrades by replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their service plan; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure the telecommunications system and, if necessary, escalate to technical support; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and guiding proper use of services; * Document and maintain records of network configurations; * Perform other duties related to the position, following manager instructions. 2511190202461817293
