You will be the face of our company at the customer’s home, responsible for ensuring the best connection experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform fiber optic internet installations in residential homes and condominiums. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at the customer’s home. * Perform fiber optic splicing, connectorization, and optical power testing. * Configure routers and network equipment. * Guide customers on proper usage of equipment and Wi\-Fi networks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance. * Technical knowledge of fiber optic measurement equipment and tools. * Reside in **Serra** or have easy access to the region. * Valid driver's license (CNH). * Flexible availability and strong interpersonal skills.
