




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive pharmacists to handle sanitary document registration, conduct inspection follow-up, provide technical support, and manage the pharmaceutical supply chain. All our job openings are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure sanitary document registration compliance for the Distribution Center (DC); * Monitor inspections conducted by sanitary, municipal, and environmental authorities; resolve inspection-related pending items and non-conformities; * Provide technical support and deliver training to Logistics and Commercial departments; * Maintain company registry health by reviewing sanitary documents of customers, suppliers, and products, authorizing or blocking merchandise purchases and sales; * Maintain and control DC sanitary conditions via self-inspection / checklists; * Manage the Segregated Products Department through segregation, supplier returns, and disposal (incineration or donation) of unsuitable products (expired, recalled, or damaged); * Ensure traceability of recall anomalies and inventory discrepancies; * Oversee movement of psychotropic medications via entry/exit registration control and stock inventory, ensuring quality and accuracy; * Control batch quality (entry and exit) and shelf life (FIFO/FEFO) through POP-based training and technical guidance; * Manage the refrigerated supply chain; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Knowledge of regulations RDC 430/20, Ordinance 344/98, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience handling controlled and refrigerated products, legal and sanitary documentation, regulatory inspections, and resolution of inspection requirements; * Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution is a plus; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Maternity Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: **Location**: We are **GrupoSC**: the industry’s extension — a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers, composed of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
