This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who wish to apply their knowledge, develop practical skills, and grow alongside the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical qualification in **Occupational Safety Technician**, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning**. * Currently pursuing or already completed postgraduate studies in **Occupational Safety Engineering**. The candidate will participate in the **Trainee Development Program (2-year duration)**, focused on technical and leadership growth, supporting occupational safety management activities in partnership with the technical team and under direct supervision of the management. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Supporting basic management of the Occupational Safety Technician team’s activities. * Reporting directly to immediate management, monitoring area indicators and routines. * Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date occupational safety legal documents (PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, PPP, PCMSO, among others). * Monitoring safety indicators (accidents, incidents, training sessions, inspections). * Managing records and scheduling mandatory training recertifications (NRs). * Supporting analyses and authorizations for work at heights, confined spaces, and special operations. * Participating in internal and external audits, supporting corrective actions. * Inspecting equipment and structural safety conditions. * Performing other related duties within the department. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
