Throughout the program, you’ll develop essential competencies in topics such as leadership and innovation. * **Job Rotation**: You’ll have the opportunity to experience different areas within the Maxpar Group, understanding how each department operates and contributing to the company’s collective success. * **Mentoring by Leaders**: Throughout the program, you’ll benefit from the support and guidance of mentors who are recognized leaders. * **Project Development**: This is where you’ll get hands-on experience and bring your ideas to life! You’ll be responsible for developing and presenting an improvement implementation project. * **Thematic Workshops**: Throughout the program, you’ll participate in workshops on strategic topics such as: Situational Leadership; Project Management and Agile Methodologies; Problem Solving and Strategic Decision Making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Availability to intern for at least 1 year. **Desired Competencies:** * **Innovative Mindset:** Seeking new ways to do things and not fearing to suggest changes that improve processes.
