Configure computers and manage user accounts on systems and servers. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Provide technical support to internal users and manage inventory. Assist in computer network administration and provide user support regarding software and hardware, seeking quick solutions to ensure proper system operation. * Configure computers, create email accounts and user accounts on company systems as well as server user accounts, using administrative tools to grant access to new employees upon each new hire; * Perform preventive maintenance of equipment, collecting them for analysis and maintenance if necessary, to avoid hardware issues and prevent employees from being unable to work; * Support internal customers by clarifying questions that arise via telephone, remote access, or in person, providing the necessary support for using their work resources; * Perform corrective maintenance whenever equipment encounters problems without prior scheduling of collection, to meet end-user needs; * Analyze printer operational status, correcting configurations or clearing paper jams, enabling users to properly perform their work; * Manage spare parts inventory, arranging replacements in equipment and requesting purchases to replenish inventory.
