Delivering safety lectures and training Your mission will be to work in the Occupational Safety area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day:** * Responsible for the technical implementation of occupational safety programs and procedures at the Cariacica distribution center, ensuring compliance with legislation as well as the company's objectives and targets. Implementing occupational safety standards and policies, as well as safety programs defined by Coca-Cola requirements and regulatory norms, conducting studies and analyzing risk areas across facilities, ensuring that process implementation prioritizes employee safety and physical integrity, as well as asset preservation, through anticipation and control of existing hazards and risks in these facilities, particularly within logistics and distribution operations. * Support accident investigations alongside the occupational safety engineer and occupational physician, analyzing incident characteristics and gathering facts to determine root causes. * Deliver orientation and integration lectures for employees and third-party contractors. * Guide employees on the correct use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), while managing occupational safety documentation. Participate in preliminary risk analysis (LPR) alongside the occupational safety engineer. Participate in the analysis and application of the Risk Management Program (PGR) and LTCAT. Conduct workplace inspections, as well as implement training and raise employee awareness regarding occupational safety behaviors. Carry out campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training to disseminate occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Execute occupational safety and hygiene procedures within logistics and freight operations, evaluate achieved results, and make necessary adjustments to preventive actions to achieve desired outcomes and improve work procedures to reduce risks during task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Course in Occupational Safety (Proven experience in industrial and/or logistics sectors). Desirable experience: Knowledge of regulatory norms (NRs); Report and action plan drafting skills; safety inspections and audits; Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (SGI); Public speaking/training delivery ability; Microsoft Office suite and process automation tools.
