If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Responsible for activities related to monitoring contract financial performance, cost control, and contractual administration—including scope administration, claim analysis, and contractual deadline tracking—as well as performing contract and service measurements and verifying the compliance of submitted contractual documentation for payment releases to contractors. **Detailed Description:** * Creation and updating of the project procurement control map * Support for technical specification evaluation and comments * Preparation of documentation for purchase request initiation * Initiation and follow-up of purchase requests in SAP * Scheduling supplier visits for technical assessments * Monitoring procurement processes and supply chain billing (MAC) * Participation in proposal alignment meetings * Audit preparation: interface with coordination to ensure key documents and items subject to audit are available * Support in analyzing and commenting on draft contracts * Participation in Kick-off meetings for subprojects (contractors) * Procurement process control and reporting * Contractor evaluation * Tracking of contractual milestones * Issuance of contractual notifications when required * Control and issuance of contractual penalties * Requesting estimated budgets for services and manufacturing to update project budgets * Analysis and control of contractual risks and impacts described in the Daily Construction Report * Analysis and control of project notifications and letters * Organization of claim files (creating folders per topic, archiving documents) * Support for managing project changes (scope, schedule, and cost) * Monitoring of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with contractual impact * Recording of lessons learned **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: Regular office * Work location: Serra-ES * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
