We’re seeking professionals passionate about customer service and skilled in planning and organization. **As an Internal Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:** * Planning your daily client portfolio to optimize service delivery; * Efficiently serving clients via the easychannel platform and phone calls; * Organizing and keeping the client portfolio up to date; * Monitoring performance indicators with your supervisor; * Recording all interactions in the CRM system (Govendas); * Providing support for the company’s e-commerce sales; * Tracking supplier targets and campaigns; Requirements: To join our team, we seek professionals with: * Completed High School education; * Strong negotiation and argumentation skills; * Excellent communication and public interaction abilities; * Good time management and ability to work under pressure; * Experience in telephone sales (proactive and/or reactive); * Basic computer literacy; * Prior sales experience in the Food industry **(Preferred).** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
