We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to support transportation operations, goods receiving, fleet control, and administrative processes. Here, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products arrive on time and with the quality our customers deserve! **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Finalizing the receiving process, ensuring physical verification and driver release; * Addressing and resolving fiscal and operational non-conformities during receiving; * Assisting in scheduling trips for both owned and third-party fleets, ensuring daily demand is met; * Allocating logistics resources (drivers, tractors, and trailers) and updating information in the SMD and Inforisk systems; * Executing system-based freight payment processes (transfers and CIF/FOB supplies); * Receiving, controlling, and processing invoices, as well as invoicing returns and pallets; * Receiving, verifying, and entering delivery confirmations into the system, tracking pending items with branches; * Recording and updating incident reports related to accidents, and supporting fleet management (documentation, maintenance, fueling, and KM tracking); * Collaborating with branches to ensure proper execution of administrative routines and appropriate use of logistics systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service and administrative routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * WMS and TOTVS system knowledge is desirable; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Additional Information** **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Health insurance with co-payment (optional upon enrollment); Sul América dental plan (optional upon enrollment); Meal allowance; Vidalink pharmacy plan; Wellhub; Private pension plan Beyond salary and benefits, here you’ll find: * A collaborative environment where your work makes a difference; * An engaged team and support for your professional development; * Job stability and opportunities for internal growth.
