Effective patient service and communication **Mission:** Ensure efficient and welcoming patient reception while guaranteeing accurate registration and referral of cytological and histopathological samples. The professional plays a crucial role in organizing and verifying requisitions, facilitating the laboratory process and delivering courteous patient service. **Responsibilities:** ✔ Receive cytological and histopathological samples from patients, ensuring material integrity and proper identification. ✔ Register essential patient information, ensuring data accuracy for identification and communication purposes. ✔ Accurately register sample requisitions, including specimen origin, clinical data, and requested test type. ✔ Label samples with the same numbering as their corresponding requisitions, ensuring correct correlation between patient data and samples. ✔ Sort tests and requisitions numerically in sequential order for subsequent verification, contributing to efficient laboratory process organization. ✔ Request necessary insurance credentials or authorizations online to facilitate billing and collection processes. ✔ Deliver reports to patients upon presentation of the delivery protocol or government-issued ID, recording deliveries in the report protocol logbook and system, and obtaining patient signatures. ✔ Answer telephone calls, provide relevant information, and assist patients as needed. ✔ Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, enabling effective and accessible communication. **Requirements:** **Minimum:** Completed high school education **Desirable:** Laboratory experience Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
