Collaboration in warehouse management and inventory control **Description** Responsible for executing medium-scale and moderately complex procurement and contract management processes, ensuring compliance with the procurement policy and corporate guidelines. Handles acquisition of materials, equipment, and services (CAPEX and OPEX), contract administration, warehouse control, and support for inventory routines. Conducts technical and economic analyses, negotiations, follow-up, and report generation, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency, while utilizing the SAP system for process management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Execute medium-scale and moderately complex procurement processes, including quotation, negotiation, and contracting; Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal regulations, and corporate guidelines; Perform contract administration, including drafting of terms, amendments, and deadline monitoring; Support technical and economic evaluation of contracts and suppliers; Conduct follow-up on procurement processes and monitor delivery deadlines; Prepare technical, managerial, and performance indicator reports; Utilize the SAP system for managing requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts; Collaborate in warehouse management and inventory control, including inventories and stock movements; Support import and logistics processes when required; Participate in supplier development and qualification, ensuring quality and compliance; Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications and meeting SGI requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree completed **Fields of Study:** Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
