Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for researching, negotiating, and executing purchases; monitoring deliveries; receiving goods; and managing the supplier database. Supplier database management **Responsibilities:** * Research and request pricing and terms from suppliers, negotiating payment deadlines and freight conditions. * Execute purchases, issue purchase orders, and monitor delivery status to ensure adherence to agreed terms. * Receive goods, verify quantity and quality against the invoice and purchase order, and forward products to the requester. * Register, qualify, and maintain an updated supplier database. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
