Analysis of contractual risks and proposal of preventive measures **Description:** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders; Develop and monitor suppliers; Draft, review, and manage supply contracts for goods and service provision (maintenance, leasing, technical services, vessels, etc.); Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, amendments, and closures; Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations departments on contract management; Analyze risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Organize documentation and maintain control over active and closed contracts; Draft, review, and monitor supply contracts for goods and service provision (including maintenance, leasing, specialized services, and vessel-related contracts); **Manage the contractual lifecycle:** signing, validity period, amendments, extensions, financial rebalancing, termination, and closure; Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Collaborate integrally with legal, finance, operations, and compliance departments for contractual analysis and validation; Analyze contractual risks and propose preventive and mitigating measures; Prepare legal opinions, addendum documents, responses to notifications, and official letters; Manage contract documentation, ensuring version control, validity, and proper archiving. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS **Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in:** Administration, Accounting, Law, or Production Engineering. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of engineering support contract execution; Prior experience with maintenance contracts, continuous service contracts, and vessel-related contracts; Familiarity with corporate ethics and contractual compliance; 2512050202181675710
