Collaboration with design, audiovisual, and performance teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Social Media professional (preferably across multiple brands or executives); * Excellent command of writing and spelling; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing personal social media profiles of executives; * Knowledge of strategic LinkedIn use and personal branding; * Experience in video marketing and scripting for Reels or interviews; * Familiarity with corporate branding and storytelling. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, edit, and execute the company’s and directors’ social media posting calendars; * Create captions and scripts aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and objectives; * Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages; * Analyze metrics and propose improvements based on results; * Collaborate closely with design, audiovisual, and performance teams; * Track trends and content opportunities (e.g., Reels, carousels, editorial features); * Participate in meetings with directors and leaders to gather topics and align communication strategies.
