Your Mission: * **Visual Strategy:** Translate business objectives into compelling, conversion-driven assets; * **Elite Branding:** Develop visual identities that position brands at the top; * **AI-Powered Scaling:** Master generative tools to produce 10x more while maintaining 100% quality; * **Agile Audiovisual:** Editing and animations that drive rhythm into high-performance campaigns; * **Creative Leadership:** Participate in strategic decisions as the right hand of marketing leadership. What You Bring: * **Senior Experience:** Minimum of 2 years (with specialist-level maturity) in digital and performance-focused design; * **Technical Arsenal:** Full mastery of Adobe tools (PS, AI, ID, PR) and passion for innovation; * **Strategist Mindset:** Practical knowledge of AI integrated into your daily workflow; * **Resilience:** Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and commercial focus.
