Job Summary: Perform electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, painting, and masonry services, ensuring functionality and standards required by the School. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical and hydraulic maintenance in all facilities. 2. Carpentry, painting, and masonry services. 3. Strict compliance with occupational safety regulations. Perform electrical and hydraulic services throughout the School’s facilities, based on needs identified or received from various departments, ensuring all work meets required standards; Carry out maintenance on sanitary installations, showers, spray nozzles, flush valves, and all types of hydraulic repairs to ensure full system functionality; Perform carpentry services such as repairing furniture, tables, chairs, doors, and windows, ensuring all furnishings remain in perfect working condition; Perform painting services on masonry, furniture, equipment, wooden and metal structures, adhering to the School’s required color and quality standards; Perform masonry services on roofs, tile repair and installation, flooring, walls, and fences, complying with the School’s renovation standards; Comply with and enforce all internal and occupational safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and correct signage, to prevent any type of accident.
