Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with various building maintenance tasks, including repairs, assemblies, and installations, ensuring adherence to the maintenance schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse involvement in building and industrial maintenance 2. Participation in electrical, hydraulic, and masonry repairs 3. Assembly of machinery and furniture, as well as general maintenance * Assisting with painting; * Equipment replacement; * Assisting with electrical and hydraulic repairs; * Assembly of machinery and furniture; * Carpentry and masonry maintenance; * Repairing ceilings, gutters, floors, walls, and tiles; * Repairing cracks and fissures; * Installation of lighting equipment; * Unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets; * Adherence to the maintenance schedule.
