Join us in a story of innovation, passion for design, and commitment to excellence. **Be a LEADER! ♥** **We are looking for a DEDICATED AND Meticulous ASSEMBLY COORDINATOR FOR CUSTOM-BUILT FURNITURE** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise the assembly and installation of Custom-Built Furniture, promoting development and market positioning of this product line. Train and develop assembly and installation teams, ensuring all activities comply with factory and logistics standards, and monitor the product line’s market performance. Interface with customers, keeping\-them informed about assembly progress and any necessary adjustments required by the company or construction-related interventions under the customer’s responsibility. Collaborate with retail stores to guide Designers and Technical Verifiers on project technical feasibility, contributing to overall team development and enhancement. Align with Customer Service (SAC) to ensure swift resolution of technical support issues, focusing on customer satisfaction and optimal customer experience. Monitor the development of assembly and installation teams, delivering training and guidance—with support from the Custom-Built Furniture Line Manager—to standardize assembly processes and strengthen the company’s market position. **Prerequisites:** * Technical knowledge of custom-built furniture assembly and project blueprint reading. * Experience in people management. * Strong communication and presentation skills. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
