Here, we value committed, responsible individuals who wish to grow alongside the company. * Sort, inspect, and pack products according to established standards. * Identify, label, and organize packages for shipment. * Verify packaging integrity and item condition. * Assist with loading and unloading as needed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Follow quality procedures and shipping deadlines. * Collaborate with the logistics and inventory team. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed elementary education. Availability to work onsite in Serra/ES. Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in an operational environment. Availability to work under CLT employment terms and during operation-defined shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience as a packer, warehouse assistant, or similar roles. Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution centers. Basic knowledge of merchandise inspection and handling of packages. Adaptability to routines and productivity targets.
