Job Responsibilities * Assist the team of analysts and executives; * Support customer service as needed; * Complete movement forms (enrollment, removal, and transfer); * Provide telephone support regarding movements on the Customer Portal; * Send various materials to customers (invoices, statements, invoices, price lists, co-payment tables, and product tables for upgrades or downgrades); * Complete and update spreadsheets. * Provide WhatsApp-based support to Mediatorie clients, offering assistance and information as required. * Maintain knowledge of the company's available products to assist in retention and transfer cases. * Submit data and information regarding completed retentions for indicator tracking purposes. * Conduct retention studies upon request for contract cancellation or RN 561\.
