




Job Summary: The professional will conduct teleconsultations and remote monitoring of beneficiaries, evaluating reports and handling requests. Key Highlights: 1. Interpreting medical prescriptions Requirements * Completed high school or technical education in the health field; * Preference for candidates who enjoy working via virtual platforms, such as telemedicine and online chat; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Prior experience in customer service is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts (12 hours on / 36 hours off), from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (shifts alternate in January); * Review home visit reports to determine appropriate clinical management actions; * Conduct teleconsultations and remote monitoring of beneficiaries to provide guidance and ensure quality care; * Monitor the implementation of requested home-based services; * Handle requests originating from teleconsultations, including: address confirmation, medication requests, formal email communication with service providers, spreadsheet completion, and appointment scheduling; * Interpret medical prescriptions, identifying common medical terminology, including abbreviations, dosages, administration frequency, pharmaceutical forms, and drug nomenclature.
