Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to work strategically and operationally, ensuring route efficiency, logistics process organization, and team leadership. This professional will play a key role in operations control, deadline compliance, and continuous improvement of results. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and optimize delivery and pickup routes. * Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost reduction. * Lead, guide, and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment and performance. * Develop and monitor controls and reports in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). * Monitor logistics performance indicators and propose improvements. * Address incidents and ensure communication among involved departments. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of route planning and operational planning. * Experience leading teams, directly managing technical staff. * Professional demeanor, results orientation, and alignment with business objectives. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and decision-making ability. **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus (R$ 400.00/month), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Transportation Allowance (may be provided as cash for employees with personal vehicles). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
