If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Manage activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined project milestones to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Conduct field inspections and field visits for productivity measurement (field data collection). * Register data in Worksampling. * Register data in the Chronoanalysis spreadsheet. * Process collected data and generate reports based on field measurements. * Critically analyze field measurements and propose process improvements. * Execute project-phase-related activities according to logical sequence, to meet the critical path (longest activity sequence) established in the construction schedule. * Adhere to the execution schedule, fulfilling stages identified in the construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure timely delivery. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, providing relevant information to support on-time deliveries. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, illustrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially scheduled and planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor timelines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility, to align and identify interferences potentially impacting planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
