Job Summary: Plan and monitor transportation routes, manage contracts with carriers, and optimize logistics processes through data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of logistics processes with AI and Power BI **Responsibilities:** * Strategically plan transportation routes to optimize time, cost, and resources; * Monitor route execution and track driver and carrier performance; * Analyze transportation KPIs (OTIF, costs, route efficiency, incidents, etc.); * Coordinate cargo and vehicle tracking, ensuring real-time visibility of delivery status; * Manage contracts with carriers, negotiating deadlines, rates, and service terms; * Support freight audit processes and validate invoices according to signed contracts; * Issue and verify fiscal and logistics documents, such as CTe, MDF\-e, and cargo manifests; * Manage the database of vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and legislation; * Assist in managing transportation incidents—such as delays, damages, and losses—promoting corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and implement continuous improvements in logistics and transportation processes; * Support the operations team with technical information and decision-making insights; * Develop dashboards using AI tools, Excel, and Power BI. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in transportation and logistics operations.
