Ensure standardization of products, recipes, and processes Grupo Coutinho, one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, with 50 stores and continuous expansion, is seeking a Bakery Manager to join its team. **Responsibilities** * Manage the operations of the Bakery Central and Bakeries, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to planning; * Plan and monitor production according to store demand; * Ensure standardization of products, recipes, and processes; * Lead and develop teams, promoting engagement and high performance; * Monitor productivity, waste, cost, and operational efficiency indicators; * Manage inventory, raw materials, and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Experience in bakery operations, food industry, food retail, or related areas; * Experience in production management, quality control, inventory, cost management, and team leadership.
