Job Summary: A professional responsible for route planning, cargo and freight control, logistics monitoring, supplier management, using WMS/ERP systems, and developing KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in route and logistics planning and optimization. 2. End-to-end management of cargo, freight costs, and carrier relationships. 3. Use of WMS and ERP systems for logistics analysis and management. * **Route Planning**: Develop and validate routing schedules to optimize time and fuel consumption. * **Cargo Control**: Monitor loading operations to ensure compliance with safety rules and risk management protocols. * **Monitoring**: Track goods in real time to inform customers of potential delays or incidents. * **Freight Control**: Reconcile accounts with carriers, negotiate rates, and audit freight invoices. * **Document Issuance**: Generate transport documents (CT\-e, Manifest), invoices, and manage vehicle licenses. * **KPIs**: Prepare reports on transportation costs, service levels, and logistics efficiency. * **Supplier Management**: Evaluate performance of third-party carriers and propose process improvements. * **WMS and ERP**: Integrated systems such as SAP and Protheus for order and billing analysis. * **Skills**: Analytical ability, strategic vision, knowledge of transportation regulations, and proficiency in electronic spreadsheets.
