If you are attentive, organized, and possess strong customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance; * Organize, clean, and restock products in the store; * Assist with inventory control; * Identify sales opportunities and suggest relevant products; * Operate the cash register; * Assist in unloading products from trucks for store replenishment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Familiarity with cash register operations; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and dynamism. **Additional Information** #### **What We Offer:** * Total remuneration up to BRL 2,684.00: Base salary: BRL 1,884.00; Monthly performance bonus: up to BRL 300.00; Meal allowance: average BRL 500.00; * Additional information: During the 90-day probationary period, an entry-level salary of BRL 1,750.00 applies; * Health and dental insurance; * Food basket; * Transportation allowance and/or parking; * Pharmacy partnership; * TotalPass (access to gyms and studios); * Up to 10% discount on our products; * Christmas basket; * School supply allowance; * Credit card supporting purchasing power; * Partnership with SESC; * Life insurance; * Professional growth opportunities. #### **Working Hours:** * 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM **(6-day workweek with one fixed weekly day off).** #### **Work Locations:** * **MiniPreço Serra - Laranjeiras Velha:** BR-101, KM283 - Laranjeiras Velha, Serra - ES, 29167-183.
