Our commitment is to satisfy all customers and our 5,000 employees who daily embody the **Fortbras Values**: **Ethics & Respect** **We Value Our People** **Meritocracy** **Excellence with Simplicity** **Passion in Everything We Do** **Customer Focus** **Business Ownership** **Austerity** **ALL PEOPLE ARE WELCOME in all our job openings, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, age, or disability.** **Join the Fort, join Fortbras!** **Responsibilities and Duties** The employee will manage B2C sales transportation and therefore must perform the following activities: * Manage order delivery from the distribution center (DC) to the recipient, accounting for transportation disruptions; * Ensure real-time availability of order traceability information; * Manage freight rules and transport modes via the company’s TMS platform; * Maintain and update departmental KPIs and propose action plans to address key detractors; * Monitor transportation service performance; * Maintain communication with partner carriers, responding to requests and proactively resolving issues; * Analyze and validate freight costs; * Analyze, propose, and support planning—and implementation—of new projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred; * Experience in B2C transportation operations is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills are mandatory; * Strong planning, organizational, and commitment skills; proactive mindset and sense of urgency; * Excellent communication skills, creativity, and aptitude for data and numbers; * Familiarity with Protheus / Vtex / Marketplace platforms is a plus; Fortbras exists to be the KEY PIECE in Brazilian Mobility, facilitating the LIVES of our EMPLOYEES and CUSTOMERS.
