WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SENIOR OPERATIONAL LEADER? * Coordinate operational activities, ensuring resource availability and execution of contracted operations, implementing actions that guarantee customer needs are met and contribute to company growth. * Analyze the productivity of each team and of your department by reviewing appropriate spreadsheets to assess incoming cargo demand and schedule departmental activities. * Support other operational activities within your department by guiding and clarifying questions regarding company processes and regulations. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
