Job Summary: Multifunctional building maintenance professional to work across various areas including civil, hydraulic, electrical, carpentry, and general infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Values proactivity, organization, and commitment to safety **Main Responsibilities** * **Civil and Masonry:** Lay bricks, floor tiles, wall tiles, and cladding; perform minor repairs on plaster and wall painting. * **Hydraulics:** Repair leaks, replace traps, faucets, toilets, and perform unclogging. * **Electrical (Low Voltage):** Replace light bulbs, outlets, and switches. * **Carpentry and Furniture:** Maintain doors, windows, locks, and repair furniture—including replacing casters and adjusting partitions. * **General Infrastructure:** Clean gutters, maintain roofs, and perform minor metalworking tasks (e.g., gates and fencing). **Requirements and Competencies** * **Education:** Completed elementary school. Technical courses in specific fields (Electrical, Hydraulic, or Construction) are preferred. * **Experience:** Proven experience in building maintenance or civil construction projects. * **Behavioral Skills:** Proactivity, tool organization, ability to prioritize tasks, and commitment to workplace safety.
