Job Summary: Perform civil maintenance and operational support across various areas—including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry—to ensure the preservation and safety of structures. Key Highlights: 1. Perform civil maintenance and operational support, including work at heights. 2. Carry out carpentry, painting, masonry, and plumbing services. 3. Contribute to the preservation and safety of the shopping center’s structures. **Mission**: Perform civil maintenance and operational support tasks, carrying out supervised services in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, installations, and general repairs—including work at heights and use of lifting equipment. Contribute to preserving the shopping center’s structures, ensuring organization, safety, and compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed elementary school * + **Preferred**: Completed high school; technical course in progress or completed in related fields * **Experience**: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry work. **Main Responsibilities** **Execution of General Maintenance Services** * Perform carpentry and joinery services as directed by the supervisor/journeyman. * Carry out painting, masonry, plastering, installation of membranes, and maintenance of roofs and slabs. * Replace and install stones, marble, granite, porcelain tiles, and ceramic tiles. * Perform repairs and installations on hydraulic, wastewater, and rainwater systems. * Install and replace glass in skylights, doors, and guardrails. * Install and replace latches, locks, and mirrors. * Apply display window film to inactive stores. **Operational Activities and Infrastructure Support** * Transport and store various materials used in the facility. * Grant and control service providers’ access to the rooftop, following safety regulations. * Operate vertical lifting equipment, adhering to technical instructions. * Perform work at heights, following specific procedures. * Maintain work areas clean and organized after interventions. **Support to Systems and Processes** * Follow supervisor’s/journeyman’s instructions to correctly execute tasks. * Assist in performing operational routines and ensuring proper flow of building maintenance. **Regulations, Safety, and Procedures** * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Use and request appropriate PPE/collective protective equipment according to each task. * Comply with internal procedures and maintain records per SGI guidelines. * Perform related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Authority of the Position** Refuse to perform or interrupt work upon identifying a situation posing serious and imminent risk to life or health, immediately notifying the direct supervisor. **Notice Regarding Sensitive Personal Data and Consent** By voluntarily proceeding with this recruitment and selection process and providing sensitive personal data, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of such data exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, as stipulated in our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
