Leadership and close collaboration with the Operations Team About the Role: You will be the fundamental link between our suppliers and our store shelves. We seek a professional who not only negotiates but also possesses an owner's mindset—ensuring continuous replenishment, cost optimization, and delivery excellence. At WIZMART, the Procurement Analyst plays both a strategic and operational role. Your Responsibilities: * Research and Selection: Identify and qualify suppliers of food, beverages, and cleaning products, seeking trends and cost reduction. * High-Level Negotiation: Secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and quality. * Purchase Order Management: Full control from purchase order issuance through delivery tracking. * Quality Control: Ensure manufacturer integrity and manage merchandise returns. * Leadership and Operations: Work side-by-side with the Operations and Loss Prevention Teams, leading the receiving and sorting processes to ensure qualified procurement. * Data Analysis: Monitor procurement KPIs and update price tables. Requirements and Skills: * Technology: Advanced Excel proficiency and expertise in procurement software. * Behavioral Profile: Organization, dynamism, and excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. * Market Insight: Technical product knowledge (perishables, non\-perishables, etc.). * Attitude: Leadership profile, ready to work on the front line (receiving/inspection) when needed.
