Planning and execution of commercial activities and training Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the region under your responsibility, focusing on business expansion, definition of commercial strategies, and prospecting of new customers; * Manage and develop the active customer portfolio, strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and advising throughout the entire expansion process within the operational area; * Ensure implementation of company strategies in the region, guaranteeing achievement of established targets and performance indicators; * Plan and execute commercial activities, sales campaigns, and technical product training for customers; * Analyze performance indicators and results, identify opportunities, propose improvements, and implement actions to boost performance. Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields * Prior experience in commercial roles, preferably with regional management and customer portfolio responsibilities * Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and market expansion * Knowledge of sales techniques and commercial strategies * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel * Valid driver's license
