Technical and contractual project management support GS Inima Brasil \| Vitória \- ES \| On-site Job Description Responsible for physical/financial construction planning and control, including development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and economic/financial cash flows. Performs schedule alignment between execution and supply timelines, cost and variance analysis, development of project analytical structures, and performance indicators. Supports technical and contractual project management through preparation of control reports and documents, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines. **Working Hours:** 08:00–18:00 with a 1h12 lunch break. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and monitor construction schedules, including services and supplies, integrating and aligning execution and supply timelines; * Prepare, control, and revise reference and execution budgets, monitoring incurred and forecasted costs, identifying potential variances and trends; * Provisioning and Economic/Financial Cash Flows; * Develop action plans to meet construction schedules and budgets, monitoring and controlling physical and economic activities; * Monitor and control contract economics, validating against physical progress and established measurement criteria; * Develop project analytical structures; * Prepare and update reports for physical and economic construction monitoring and control, track and analyze performance indicators, and ensure goal achievement; * Support project management by preparing, analyzing, and reviewing control and management reports and documents covering technical, executive, and contractual aspects of the project. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's degree. **Field:** Civil Engineering Desirable Requirements **Education:** Postgraduate degree/MBA. **Field:** Construction Planning and Control. **Others:** * Experience in planning and control within engineering; * Experience in developing and monitoring execution budgets for infrastructure and/or sanitation construction projects; * Experience with Project Analytical Structures for monitoring construction economic and physical progress.
