**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Identify and organize materials to be inventoried (e.g., location, manufacturer, and product family);
* Verify material registration records;
* Update system registration with product information;
* Physically count materials to reconcile with system data;
* Research product lifecycle, including invoice entries and exits;
* Conduct rotating inventories by product family as defined by the Coordinator;
* Analyze reports for stock replenishment and adjust stock levels (Inventory/Correction) with approval from management/directorate;
* Ensure inventory accuracy through application of inventory methods and processes;
* Provide support to branches for clarifications and inquiries, leveraging leadership skills to monitor and understand the entire transportation process;
* Respond to branch requests via telephone and electronic means; process (invoice) orders for consumables and issue requisitions for departmental consumables;
Generate reports for assembly item replenishment (analysis and order issuance), and analyze freight costs to approve transfer orders;
Release pending items generated during stock replenishment, re-register pending items/cancelled orders in the process, and issue sales orders for employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
* Prior experience in this role is mandatory.
