




Job Summary: Professional to handle recruitment processes, onboarding support, training organization, and HR project assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting recruitment processes and resume screening 2. Providing support in onboarding processes and integration of new employees 3. Assisting in people improvement and development projects Scope of Responsibilities: * Conducting recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews. * Updating the talent database and monitoring recruitment and selection KPIs. * Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies. * Organizing and participating in trainings, internal events, and new employee onboarding. * Assisting in drafting and reviewing HR department documents and reports. * Liaising with vendors, consulting firms, and other strategic HR partners. * Supporting people improvement initiatives and organizational climate development projects. * Experience in high-volume hiring.
